24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s).
Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Because the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY, a CANCELLATION fee will apply.
*In the event that the 24 hour cancellation fee is required, we will call you and request payment by phone. Once we receive the payment, we will be happy to schedule your next service.
